ENTRAP - Enhanced Neutralisation of explosive Threats Reaching Across the Plot
ENTRAP is a 3-year project that has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement no. 740560.
The ENTRAP project sets out a methodology to evaluate the technical advancements already produced by the research and development efforts conducted on a European level over the last decades. The proposal focus is only on IEDs. The overall aim is to understand and evaluate the effectiveness of emerging technical capabilities (singly and in conjunction and targeted across the terrorist plot timeline) and to compare them to currently available counter-tools used to detect and prevent IED attacks.
