Abstract
In the present study actions connected with three fundamentally different scenarios of acts of terror, are analysed. A common feature in the scenarios is that the places and common activities until the moment of the terror attack, as well as the ensuing sequence of crisis, are non-fictious i.e. possible to take place in Sweden. The terror attack is a real possibility in Sweden of today. It is in all scenarios assumed that the terror activist is either working on his/her own or that he/she is a member of a small closely connected terrorist group. In two of the cases the active substance with these substances therefore calls for extraordinary precautions. The third case includes a chemical substance that is transported in large amount on the Swedish roads. The outcome of the attacks is high numbers of injured and dead people. The consequences of, and courses of events after the terrorist activities are described based on the level of preparedness of today.
