Report from conference on non-lethal weapons. The report briefly presents some important issues concerning non-lethal weapons. These are the need for policy and definitions, technologies that are being discussed, military and law enforcement applications of these weapons, international conventions and their consequences for the development of non-lethal weapons and biological effects of non-lethal weapons.
