This report describes a finite element program for delamination buckling and growth simulation of composite laminates (DEBUGS 2.0), its theoretical background, numerical implementation and user´s guide. The enhancements to the previous version of the program, DEBUGS 1.0, e.g. modeling of soft-inclusion etc., are also described. Moreover, the implementation issues, such as file structure and source code organization and so on, are described. The report is written not only for guiding users to run DEBUGS but also for the further development of the program.
