This report sets its focus at possible actors in IT-related attacs. The conclusion drawn is that the main characteristics and qualifications of the actor can be described in six parameters. They are: purpose, group size, knowledge, relations, method of atac, and etnical limitations. Each parameter was then further concretized, and so a matrix was formed. The matrix can be used as a tool for predicting future actors in the field of IT-related attacs.
