Abstract

The situation with WMD in Iraq remains unresolved. This is why a possible source in Baghdad becomes of interest to investigate. Following interview session in Baghdad, the authors conclude that the source was unable to present evidence for a forbidden and so far unknown small scale program for WMD. There was information possibly showing access to a bacterial strain useful for weapons production. Moreover, it seems the source was connected to persons in possession of relevant information. The authors conclude that a small scale program for WMD in Iraq not has been found. The source and its network may, however, have access to information of activities and structures relevant to such a program.
