The purpose of this report is to briefly describe the implementation of IEM (integral equation method) and to present some results from the method. The results show that the non coherent scattering term can´t be neglected if the ground surface has average to rough height spectrum (ksigma>0.25). If the ground has good electrical properties one must also consider non coherent scattering even for surfaces with small variation of heights.
