This report describes the construction of and initial experiments performed on a high voltage system consisting of a Marx generator and a charger. The high voltage system was delivered by Texas Tech University, USA, and ordered by the Swedish Defence Material Administration, FMV. This system is located at FOI Weapons and Protection for evaluation. The DC voltage supply, dump frame, control system and safety system has been constructed at FOI.
