2004 Spring SIW - Reserapport

Within the scope of the project "Drift och Underhåll FLSC 2004" the Simulation Interoperability Workshop (SIW) was attended. The workshop is held every year at spring and fall in the USA and in Europe during the summer by Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization (SISO). At the workshop 130 presentations were given, 4 tutorials were held, more than 10 companies exhibited there products and a number of Product Development Groups held meetings concerning different standards. The report summarizes some of the sessions that were of interest to us at the Swedish Air Force Air Combat Simulation Centre.
