The EUROEM 2004 conference was held at the Otto-von-Guericke university in Magdeburg, Germany, July 10-16, 2004. This conference constitutes a forum for the international science and engineering society within the area of high power electromagnetics, especially EMI, EMC, HPM, EMP, UWB and UXO. This report summarises the most important impressions from this conference, as seen from an HPM weapons perspective.
