The purpose of this report is to study the need for space services, and try to identify the requirements for these needs in a flexible defence and in particular relative to international operations. We propose future demonstrations of space services in the time perspective 2008-2010. We also give recommendations for how this should be done. Resources (materials, education, and organisation) which will be required in order to handle the needs of space services are suggested. We have carried out a requirement analysis that is based on the need for space services identified in earlier works. Two different scenarios have been analyzed in order to investigate their influence on space service requirements. We have also analyzed a Swedish military exercise with the purpose of suggesting how space services can be demonstrated in such an exercise.
