A multi sensor turret for use with optical sensors and optical seekers has been constructed within the project"Värdering telekrig i elektrooptiska sensorer och målsökare". This report is a proposal on how to verify and validate such a system, setting the needs and demands from the relevant areas of use. Three suggested applications of measurement are presented as scenarios for testing the system. The presented applications are ´Tests of optical seekers´, ´Signature measurements´ and ´Tests with antisensorlaser system´. The ´Signature measurements´ have been performed at an earlier stage, with similar equipment, which means that the demands from this application are more grounded in reality than the other two. However the application ´Tests of optical seekers´ are quite similar to the ´Signature measurements´. Hence, the demands from this application can also be regarded as well motivated. It is more difficult to see the relevancy of needs and demands in the third application ´Test with antisensorlaser system´ since this kind of tests never have been made at FOI. This makes the demands on the multi sensor turret system from the third application less authentic than the demands from the others. However, the application is included in the report in order to point out the possibility for different use.
