A study of technical and tactical aspects of Network Centric Warfare, focused on information exchange in dynamic network constellations, is presented. Based on a tactical situation in a scenario, some critical techniques are pointed out. A conclusion is than current technology does not meet the "most ambitious expectations" of future NCW concepts.
