Abstract

The purpose of this report is to give a brief summary of the work that has been done over the past three years by the Effects-Based Command in Crisis Management Operations project and to list the products that have been generated. The project has combined long-term research activities with short-term problem solving and has given direct support to the Swedish Armed Forces concept development and experimentation activities. The report summarises the project work. A CD with all the reports that has been published is enclosed with the report.
