Today's military operations planning often involves a comprehensive approach, taking into consideration not only military but also political and civilian concerns. An understanding of the human and social aspects of a crisis is considered essential to enable the development of effective courses of action. This report summarises the evaluation of a reasoning tool, HEART, used during a workshop on military strategic operations planning. HEART aims at supporting military staff and analysts to incorporate knowledge from human and social science in planning and analysis processes. The report also suggests further development of HEART in a Swedish context; SWEETHEART.
