This report is produced by a project tasked to assess threats related to non-state actors' interest and use of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear substances (CBRN) for violent purposes. This annually produced report is meant to reflect the monitoring of incidents and information, related to this threat, which is being carried out within the project. The aim of this report is to provide a strategic assessment of relevant incidents and information on an annually basis, from which trends and anomalies can be identified.
