The R&T project "Värdering vapen och skydd, verkan, sårbarhet och risk", commonly referred to as "verkansvärdering", has been running during 2011-2013. The project has produced a foundation of knowledge in a wide range of activities, all aimed to improve assessing various systems' performance with a focus on weapons effect's and target vulnerability. In addition, technical data of weapons and munitions that may pose a threat to Swedish personnel and equipment engaged in foreign missions and in the defence of Sweden has been compiled. This report provides a brief description of the activities carried out within the project during the year. It also includes presentations of other projects that exploited the knowledge that the R&T project developed, maintained and made available.
