This report defines the formal delivery of the AVAL maintenance and development project of 2013. The report consists of three major parts: 1. A short description of the AVAL-tool, suitable for those who has never been in contact with AVAL. 2. A summary of this year's usage of AVAL. 3. A description of changes in the source code and manuals. A list of users, and potential new users are included addition to the three major parts.
