This is a summary of experiences from the use of LTA (a combat command training facility) to support the analysis of future artillery systems conducted by the Swedish Armed Forces. Simulation supported wargaming was used to ensure realistic assessment of decision times, target location and warhead effect. AVAL was used for warhead effect evaluation.
