This report summarizes the work that has been carried out during 2018 in the Efficient procurement and integration of command and control (C2) systems project. The main objective of the project is to contribute to increased knowledge of C2 systems development, with particular focus on inter-organizational processes, in order for the Swedish Armed Forces and the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration to achieve a higher degree of efficiency in procurement and integration of C2 systems in the future. The report describes this year's activities, which consisted mainly of literature studies and an international outlook, reference group meetings and an initial workshop on efficient C2 systems projects. Identified future work includes continued analysis of successful and unsuccessful projects through workshops, interviews and document analysis.
