The purpose of the project is to develop methods and working methods to sample, analyse and identify chemical threats, especially for the needs of the Armed Forces. For the project period2017-2019, a new direction has been initiated from the identification of classic chemical warfare agents to substances with an antagonistic application in a grey zone situation. Consequently, a greater focus has been placed on incapacitating substances and the intelligence information that can be extracted from a sample in addition to the identification of the threat compound itself.
