This report summarizes the research and work of the project Collaborative weapon systems - combat effectiviness assessment, which has run from 2017 through 2019. The aim of the project has been to develop measures of effectiveness for weapon systems in complex scenarios and their contribution to the combat effectivess of military units - their ability to solve combat tasks. By developing tools and models that capture relevant performance measures, the project has helped enable quantitative assessment of weapons systems above the technical level.
