This report aims to support military training and education by providing four developed templates for conceiving, discussing, and recording outcome of combat during an exercise. The emphasis is on providing the training staff, i.e. the trainers, with quick and practical tools in order to assist the trainers' task of facilitating the training audience in order for them to reach their training objectives. The first template supports tactical discussions of a number of success factors and offers the possibility to construct an overall assessment of a specific combat situation. The second template offers the user the possibility of a combat resolution, taking into account the outcome of important factors from the first template. This stochastic combat resolution can be used to stimulate reflective discussions and/or inspire the concluding decision of the outcome and thus the resulting new situation. The third template supports the interpretive deduction of the actual meaning of a combat outcome by increasing the precise and practical details, in accordance with the training objectives. The fourth and final template provides a structured way of proposing and documenting future injects to the training audience.
