This is an instruction manual for control method of fit testers. The method has been developed to control the functionality of the Swedish armed forces' fit testers under laboratory conditions at FOI CBRN defence and security, by personnel from FOI or personnel from the Swedish armed forces. With the help of this method a particle cloud can be generated and fit testers be compared to values from a calibrated particle counter.
