Abstract

The project Värdering av verkan, sårbarhet och risk (eng: Assessment of lethality, vulnerability and risk) is one of the projects within the research and development program Weapons and protection. It started 2020 and is planned to continue until 2022, aiming to increase the abilities and methodologies to perform assessments of weapon lethality and target vulnerability. A specific designated field of work is human vulnerability, but the project covers all kinds of conventional warhead effects and all targets except from submarines. Some of the fields of work this year has been:  Human vulnerability  Assessment of effects in ships  Effects in ballistic missiles and cruise missiles  Effectiveness simulations of indirect fire This summarizing annual report gives short descriptions of work performed during the year, as well as a few examples of how the competence has been used in other projects.
