Swedish Armed forces has needs to perform exercises with realistic conditions such as jamming against GNSS. Any jamming activity shall be performed accordingly to the armed forces regulations and instructions. Prästtomta range could be an area where the armed forces may conduct exercises which include GNSS-jamming in the future. A first test has been performed to verify that GNSS is not affected and degraded outside the flight restriction area R23 during transmission in the GNSS frequency band. The performed verification measurements shows, given the same conditions, that it's possible to transmit 500 mW from the location Hyllan without affecting GNSS.
