This report develops a proposal for a strategic framework for economic security in Sweden. The research question addressed in this report is: what could a strategic framework for economic security, applied to Sweden, look like? The report does this by applying the framework presented in Lougui et.al. (2026) to Sweden. The proposed strategic framework is based on the strategic objectives of competitiveness, resilience, and agency. For each strategic objective, the desired outcomes are defined, measures are proposed, and governance instruments are identified. This proposed strategic framework, presented in the report, takes into account Sweden's current challenges in economic security.
