Frankrike, Storbritannien och EU:s militära krishantering. En jämförelse av budskapet i franska och brittiska officiella anföranden under 1999-2000

This report compares French and British views of W´s security- and defence policy co-operation as they have been presented in official statements made during the period 1999-2000. This leads to a discussion on potential obstacles to the development of the European co-operation in the field of security- and defence policy. Since the security- and defence policy co-operation is not an isolated area within the Union it has been necessary also to include a broader analysis of how France and Great Britain describe their respective relationship to the EU and the European integration process in general.
