The environmental issues become more and more important in today´s society. The Swedish Armed Forces work to reduce their environmental impact. This report focuses on how energetic materials are reused today and how newer energetic materials can be reused in the future. The report also describes the technology of today, its possibilities and how methods need to change in order to meet the demands of tomorrow. The conclusion is that it will be possible to reuse explosives in the future despite the fact that they grow more and more complex.
