Guidelines for development and utilization of human behaviour models

This is the first edition of "Guidelines for development and utilization of human behaviour models within the field of Computer Generated Forces". The guide presents general aspects of behaviour modelling, proposes an agenda for the development process of such models and holds references to other important projects and literature within the field. The guide adopts a development process similar to the FEDEP process. A framework for development and utilization of behavior models has been developed and is presented here. The framework uses the same techniques for components based software engineering as the Merlin architecture, developed by the Swedish Defence Material Administration and FOI. Thus, the framework facilitates reuse of models and aggregation of model components into larger assemblies with the use of standard interfaces.
