Abstract

The Swedish Armed Forces received in October of 2010 a request from the Swedish government to prioritize all international collaboration regarding material and research. In March 1, 2011 the Swedish Armed Forces were obligate to report on the efforts to drastically reduce the number of collaboration partners. The Swedish Defence Research Agency was contracted to aid this work by develop a decision support system. This system was supposed to support the analysis and presentation of the international collaborations. This report describes the development of the decision support system, how it worked and how it has affected the work done by the Swedish Armed Forces. The development was funded through the project "Stöd till modellbaserad förmågeutveckling" which is part of MS 811:02, FMT; Modellbaserad förmågeutveckling.
