Swedish defence planning with a focus on CBRN - A method for implementing knowledge regarding antagonistic CBRN-threats

In this report, the results from the FACIT-project (Future antagonistic CBRN-threats and its implications on the Swedish civil and military defence) are presented. FACIT was a two-year project funded by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). The antagonistic CBRN-threats were assessed by a working group with participation from the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Security Service, the Swedish Police, MSB, and FOI. The project also included implementation of the assessed threat. Two water producers, one in a medium size Swedish city and one in a major Swedish city, were engaged in a series of scenario based workshops testing their organization. All parties were satisfied with the outcome of the workshop series for their continued work with defence planning
