CNA-scenarios from a technical perspective

The purpose of this report is to formulate scenarios that could be used as foundation for the planning of the rest of the project. It is also the author´s hope that this way of formulating technical scenarios will make the connections to other scenarios a simpler task. We do, however, have a long road to walk before we reach that goal. Another usage of this report could be in discussions about what IT-warfare is and if these kind of scenarios are likely to happen.
